Privacy
OFOTO collects nothing about you. The only data created are technical server logs at the hosting provider.
What we do not process
- We use no cookies, local browser storage or similar technologies.
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We have no forms, registration or newsletter.
- The pages load nothing from other servers: fonts, scripts and graphics are all stored on ofoto.sk itself.
The Lab tools
Calculations and previews happen only in your browser. If you choose your own photograph in Frame Lab, the browser displays it through a temporary local address; the file is not sent or stored anywhere. Some tools can, when you press a button, write the chosen values into the page address (for example ?w=6000&h=4000) so that you can pass it on; these values reach the server only as part of the address, if such an address is opened.
Technical server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). On every visit it technically processes the data needed to deliver the page, such as the IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and the browser identification, and keeps them in server logs for operational and security purposes.

Your rights
To the extent that the processing falls under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
